Find help near you
Pick what you need. We’ll show what’s closest, what to expect when you walk in, and whether anyone has confirmed it lately.
How this works. Tell us what you need and roughly where you are, and we’ll open Google Maps with live results for your area. We don’t store your location or what you searched for.
Hours and eligibility change without notice, so call ahead where you can. For anything we don’t cover, 211 is free and staffed 24 hours.
No account. Nothing you tap is stored or tied to you.
How we know what we know
Three levels of confidence, marked on every listing. We never hide which one you’re looking at.
Twelve or more confirmations
Real people said this place was open and helpful within the last 90 days. Confirmations expire, so the badge has to be re-earned.
They added it themselves
Staff claimed the listing using an email at their own domain and keep it current. Accurate on eligibility, but unverified by outsiders.
We found it, nobody checked it
Pulled live from Google Maps. The address is probably right. The hours might not be. Call ahead if you can.
Something wrong with a listing?
Tap “Something’s wrong” on any result and pick a reason. Two taps, no typing, no account. We pull the badge immediately and someone checks it.
Closed or moved
We remove it from results the same day and confirm before restoring it.
Wrong hours or phone
Drops to unconfirmed until someone calls and checks.
They turned someone away
We call the organization and update the eligibility notes so the next person knows.
Work at one of these places and want to correct your own listing? Claim it and keep it current yourself.
Claim your listingReach a real person
A person reads every message, usually within one business day.
What’s this about? Tap one and we’ll route it to the right person.
Before you write, three things
We are not licensed clinicians. We hold no medical, psychiatric, or psychological license and cannot give medical advice, diagnose anything, or recommend treatment. Nothing we say is a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Email is not confidential. It is not protected the way a conversation with a therapist or doctor is. Please don’t send us medical records or anything you need kept private.
If we believe someone is in danger, we may contact emergency services. Email is not a monitored crisis line, so please don’t rely on it in an emergency — but we would rather tell you plainly now than surprise you later.
In crisis? Call or text 988 — free, confidential, 24 hours. In immediate danger, call 911.
