Take it with you

The full year, in your pocket. One prompt a day, one thing to do with your body, and space to write — in your own notes app, on your own phone.

We collect your name and email. That’s the entire list. Your writing never touches our servers.

A wrong phone number is worse than no listing at all

National coverage is the easy part. Keeping it true is the work — data licensing, local verification, and a queue of corrections somebody actually calls through. Every dollar goes to accuracy, curriculum, and keeping all of this free.

Who built this

Elemental Recovery was designed by Dr. Ryan Joseph Allen and William Dawson. The curriculum grew out of doctoral research on post-traumatic growth and religious trauma, combined with more than a decade of program design in substance use disorder services and community mental health.

The twelve-month structure, the reclaimed twelve steps, and the nine alignments were written specifically for people whom existing recovery frameworks had failed to reach.
